Joshua Padron became an associate attorney at The Haggard Law Firm (HLF) in September of 2022. Born and raised here in Miami, Joshua feels a special connection to the community he was raised in.
Padron joins The Haggard Law Firm after spending three years as an Assistant State Attorney (ASA) in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. As an ASA, Padron drove investigations of a variety of criminal cases including aggravated battery, armed trafficking, DUI, sexual assault, and attempted murder. He gathered evidence for cases, interviewed witnesses, victims, officers and lead several jury trials.
Before gaining extensive litigation and trial experience, Padron was a certified legal intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office following his time as a judicial intern for The Honorable Antonio Arzola, Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Miami, FL.

Padron is a proud member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Miami Outboard Club. He received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Florida International University.
