If a loved one is catastrophically injured it changes the lives of everyone who cares for the victim. The Haggard Law Firm’s trial lawyers know litigating cases with a catastrophically injured victim is about picking up the pieces of impacted lives and reshaping a future facing a variety of obstacles.
Medical bills, life adjustments needed for a normal day, daily care, long-term care and loss of wages are just some of the factors to consider when seeking justice in these cases. A lawsuit was then filed against a watersports company that operated a beachfront watersports rental company near the location of the collision. The case against the watersports rental company settled for $3,250,000.00.e boater that struck the decedent was not affiliated with the watersports company, The Haggard Law Firm argued that the watersports company failed to set its buoys a safe distance from shore, which drew the passing boater closer to shore and the public swim area than he otherwise would have been traveling at such a high rate of speed.
