Robert J. Dickman Jr., Esq., widely recognized as one of Florida’s most experienced medical malpractice attorneys, serves as Of Counsel to The Haggard Law Firm. With more than 26 years of dedicated legal experience, Mr. Dickman has built a distinguished career representing victims of medical negligence, hospital malpractice, and catastrophic injury cases in Miami, across Florida, and throughout the United States.

Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Florida, Robert Dickman pursued his undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History. He then returned home to attend the University of Miami School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor.

Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999, Mr. Dickman has remained in good standing and has expanded his professional credentials to include admission to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a proud member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a recognition of his commitment to trial excellence and professionalism.

As founder of Robert J. Dickman P.A. in Coral Gables, Mr. Dickman has handled some of the most complex and high-stakes medical malpractice cases in Florida. His firm has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, including more than 85 cases resulting in awards exceeding $1 million each.
