The Florida Justice Association kicked off its annual Masters of Justice CLE Event today. This year’s theme is ‘Roads to Mastery’. The convention offers four specialized seminars on Auto Negligence, Technology, Medical Malpractice, Insurance & Bad Faith.
Tomorow, during the annual Founders’ Award Luncheon, The Haggard Law Firm’s Michael Haggard will the prestigious Perry Nichols Award. The Luncheon will begin at noon.
About the Perry J. Nichols Award
The Perry Nichols Award is the highest honor the FJA bestows and gives recognition to an individual who has dedicated a lifetime to the pursuit of justice through extended and distinguished service to the cause of justice in Florida and in the nation.
Previous Perry Nichols award recipient Fred Cunningham said about Haggard’s selection as this year’s winner “Besides being one of the best trial lawyers on the planet, Mike has done everything a person can do to meet the criteria of the award. Mike has given incalculable amounts of time, and he has been one of the best leaders and Presidents the FJA has ever had.
